Job Purpose
Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually compelling content that reflects the bank’s brand values and messaging. The role combines creativity with strategic thinking to deliver engaging designs, animations, and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. It requires collaboration with marketing, internal communications, and events teams to ensure all content supports the bank’s objectives, enhances brand visibility, and resonates with target audiences. The position also involves leveraging AI tools and emerging design trends to drive innovation and maintain the brand’s leadership in creative excellence.
Key Tasks and Duties

Lead development, implementation, and management of the bank’s brand & its strategy.

Oversee and manage the bank's brand image to differentiate it from competitors.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the bank's brand identity, purpose, values, and target audience.

Produce visually stunning designs and animations that enhance the overall brand experience, such as social media graphics, infographics, video content, and other multimedia.

Continuously enhance content development skills and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in financial services, content marketing, and digital communication.

Align internal key stakeholders to the brand guidelines and ensure compliance.

Lead and manage a team of professional content developers and communication specialists to help supplement the Brand team with their content and communication requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, internal, events & special project teams and peer divisions to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels.

Maintain brand analytics & performance tracking.

Support direct report(s) in implementing the annual marketing plan for digital channels & remittance while driving the campaign management process with businesses/product stakeholders and track efficiency.

Support direct report(s) to position all business activity in alignment with our brand position.

Support direct report(s) to with shareholder communication & events management.

Demonstrate insight, first-class judgement, a steady nerve, and strong leadership.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats to the bank's brand and adjust strategies accordingly.

Provide effective leadership and drive effective performance management.

Manage the activities of assigned personnel and perform managerial duties and exercise financial authority at the level established by management.

Provide adequate training to staff to ensure elimination of key person risk.

Clear compliance to the bank’s polices and procedure across all areas.

Ensure all audit issues for administration issues are rectified and addressed accordingly.

Manage the Brand Management unit's budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize costs.

Adhere to the bank and Brand division's policies

Foster effective stakeholder management and communication to ensure alignment of objectives and priorities.

Drive efficiencies in agency relationships and processes, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of projects and deliverables.

Support the bank in achieving its financial targets by contributing to cost optimization, budget management, and effective execution of brand initiatives.

Introduce one new initiative per year to increase the quality and quantity of job delivery or business impact.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in managing campaigns and producing high-quality content.

Strong understanding of the banking industry, including financial products, regulations, and market trends.

Excellent verbal and written English & Arabic communication skills.

Relevant certifications in branding, marketing, or communications
Experience
-
At least 3-5 years of experience in branding or marketing.

Experience developing and implementing brand strategies that align with company goals and values
-
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not required
