Job Title: Senior Content Writer
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Content Writer to join our content team. As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our content strategy team to develop and implement content plans that drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Research and write high-quality, engaging, and informative content (blog posts, articles, social media posts, etc.) that meets the company's content standards
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, industry trends, and competitor landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content strategy, SEO, social media, etc.) to develop and implement content plans that drive business results
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and thought leaders to gather insights and information for content
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Mentor and guide junior writers to help them improve their writing skills and knowledge
- Develop and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency across all content channels
- Analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in a senior role
- Portfolio that showcases your writing skills, style, and expertise
- Strong research and interviewing skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and social media
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
