Job Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and review client contracts, ensuring all technical and financial annexes are complete and compliant.
  • Verify accuracy of contract details, pricing, and unit specifications in alignment with booking data.
  • Update contract documentation to reflect policy changes, modifications, or regulatory updates.
  • Coordinate with Legal for contract validation and finalization.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Projects, and other teams to secure all required contract inputs.
  • Maintain organized contract records with proper version control and documentation standards


Requirement s:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably in contracts administration.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Moderate English language proficiency suitable for contract management tasks.
