Senior Coordinator, Employee Engagement
Position Summary:
The Senior Coordinator will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee engagement strategies across a large, multi-site portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating recognition efforts, tracking engagement activities, compiling program data, and ensuring seamless communication with site leaders and other stakeholders. The Senior Coordinator will contribute to a positive employee experience, foster a culture of recognition and inclusion, and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving retention and engagement outcomes.
Pay: $70,000 -80,000K/annual
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Work Environment:
- Remote-first with occasional travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor employee engagement initiatives across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate records of participation, recognition activities, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare and deliver summary reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Liaise with site leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement efforts and contribute to program development.
- Support effective communication strategies to promote engagement initiatives.

Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, project coordination, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and similar data management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with business intelligence or reporting platforms.
- Background in multi-site operations or program coordination.
