Key Responsibilities
- Lead ideation with the creative and strategy teams for campaigns, brand stories and pitches.
- Conceptualise and script ad films, brand narratives and digital content with strong storytelling.
- Build content strategies and content buckets tailored to brand voice and platform behaviour.
- Write and oversee daily social content (static, reels, videos, carousels, tweets, etc.).
- Track real-time trends and guide the team on moment marketing opportunities.
- Proactively develop new campaign ideas, formats and high-impact creative concepts.
- Analyse audience behaviour, platform changes and pop-culture trends to create platform-native content.
- Deliver quick-turnaround and real-time content when needed.
- Review and refine all copy to maintain high creative and quality standards.
- Mentor junior writers and support overall creative growth of the team.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in copywriting, digital content or advertising.
- Strong command over English and Hindi with excellent storytelling skills.
- Full-time availability (no freelancing/dual agency commitments).
- Solid understanding of social media, advertising, cinema and cultural trends.
- Detail-oriented, fast thinker and consistent with deadlines.
- Collaborative and comfortable working with design, edit and strategy teams.
- Ability to adapt writing across tones, formats and platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
