Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst

TE Automotive Sector is one of the leading providers of advanced automobile technology solutions. The automotive industry uses our products in automotive technologies for body and chassis systems, convenience applications, driver information, infotainment solutions, miniaturization solutions, motor and powertrain applications, and safety and security systems. Hybrid and electronic mobility solutions include in-vehicle technologies, battery technologies, and charging solutions. TE automotive products contribute to the most important trends and evolutions in the automotive industry: electrification, autonomous driving technology, increased vehicle connectivity, and sustainability. For example, TE’s expansive portfolio of high-voltage connectivity solutions for EVs opens pathways to a greener, more sustainable future.

This position reports to a Strategy Senior Manager and requires 10-20% travel to TE locations worldwide, including TE’s office campus in Bengaluru to meet colleagues, visit sites, and attend industry conferences. India is an important business hub for TE, with over 2,000 employees, including R&D, Engineering, Strategy, and other functions. TE will offer domestic relocation support to Bangalore if needed.

In this critical role, the Strategy Analyst will work directly with Senior Managers and closely with the Vice President of automotive strategy to create shareholder value by supporting development of strategies in four major areas:

• Help to develop strategies that drive above-market organic and inorganic growth
• Gather real-time input as the external environment evolves (e.g., technology, customer needs, regulations, competitors, etc.)
• Help identify new growth platforms, growth opportunities through the identification of attractive market spaces, determining what it takes to win, assessing competitive position and business models, and then helping the organizing to align on the strategic direction and execution plan
• Drive change – helping to implement projects to execute on strategic objectives

• Bachelor’s degree, with strong quantitative skills
• An MBA or a Masters degree is desirable but not required
• 2-3 years of experience with a top tier General Management Consulting Firm, market research, quantitative analysis, or corporate strategy
• Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations and communication
• Excellent proficiency in data analytics and building models, any due-diligence exposure is a plus
• International experience or exposure a plus
• Track record of demonstrated leadership potential through academics, work, and/or community activities
