Senior Cost Accountant (Construction)

Job Details :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5-8 years of cost accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the construction industry
• Solid understanding of construction project accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Build Smart or similar) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
