Senior Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary:
VizyonTech Digital Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and security operations across digital systems and client infrastructure. This role is responsible for protecting organizational data, preventing cyber threats, and ensuring compliance with international security standards. If you are an experienced cybersecurity leader with strong technical and governance expertise, this is a key opportunity in Kuwait’s fast-growing digital technology sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management frameworks
• Oversee security operations including threat detection, monitoring, and incident response
• Implement and manage security policies, protocols, and best practices
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing coordination, and risk audits
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Manage firewall, endpoint security, SIEM, and network protection systems
• Coordinate with IT and cloud teams to secure infrastructure and applications
• Lead incident response and cyber crisis management procedures
• Monitor emerging cyber threats and implement proactive defense strategies
• Train internal teams on cybersecurity awareness and best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT security leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and system protection
• Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls)
• Strong incident response and risk assessment skills
• Experience managing security teams and enterprise environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are an advantage

Pay: KD2,800.000 - KD4,800.000 per month
