Position Summary:
The E-commerce AM is responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting business data across e-commerce operations. The role ensures requires strong data handling, accurate dashboards, timely insights, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making, performance tracking, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: -

MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management

Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports for sales, operations, inventory, marketing, and financial metrics.

Create real-time dashboards using tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Data Analysis & Insights
-
Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs for marketplaces, e-commerce channels & others.

Generate insights and variance analyses for management review and decision support.

Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement areas through data analytics.

Ability to work with large data sets and use statistical/analytical techniques.

E-commerce Performance & Mapping

Monitor marketplace metrics: orders, returns, cancellations, pricing, profitability, and service-level compliance.

Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams for data validation.

Ensure accuracy and reconciliation of data across different reporting sources.

Download, map, and validate data from master and other partner systems.

Business Collaboration & Process Improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and enhance reporting accuracy.

Demonstrate adaptability to take on new responsibilities and ad-hoc analyses as required by manager & management.

Identify opportunities to streamline MIS and reporting processes through automation and data integration.
