We at Innovecture are hiring for a "Senior Data Engineer AI/ML" to expand our team, this is in Pune, India. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

Job Description:
Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Python (PySpark is a plus)
- Experience designing, building, and optimizing ML models (classification, regression, NLP)
- Hands-on with model training, validation, and deployment pipelines using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience building Generative AI applications (LangChain or similar libraries)
- Prompt engineering experience
- Understanding of MLOps and production model lifecycle practices
- Experience building/maintaining data pipelines, ETL, and handling structured/unstructured data from multiple sources
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud data warehouses
- Experience with Agentic AI applications is a plus
- Exposure to the Palantir platform and AIP features is a strong “good to have”
- Strong collaboration skills — ability to work with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews
- Commitment to staying current with AI/ML and data engineering technologies
