JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

To fully and effectively enable and manage the Data Quality Unit within the Department within SIMAH. The purpose of this role also covers various areas related to data quality such as data acquisition, analysis, accuracy, integrity, conformity, completeness, uniqueness, timeliness and consistency.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic
-
Manage the development of SIMAH’s Product & Data Management strategic and leadership.

Manage and improve data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize the data quality efficiency
Policies, Processes & Procedures
-
Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Day- to-day operations
-
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

Fully and effectively, manage the Data Quality Unit within the Department within SIMAH. The purpose of this role also covers various areas related to data quality such as data acquisition, analysis, accuracy, integrity, conformity, completeness, uniqueness, timeliness and consistency. Also, develops and maintains all data quality related polices processes and procedures.

Manage the data within SIMAH is at the top quality levels and all the data from members/clients are uploaded accurately and updated according to the required specifications.

Manage with leadership and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of good data management practice across the business.

Ensure the implementation of data quality standards in SIMAH
-
Manage the Capture business requirements for data quality functionality that can be deployed to improve business efficiency. This will include assisting in the creation and delivery of a data quality systems roadmap to enable the business to maximize the potential of the use of data across the business.

Manage the identification of opportunities for improvement of systems, processes and practices related to data quality taking into account ‘international best practice’.

Manage the improvement of business processes to achieve cost reduction and productivity improvement and reduction in turnaround times.

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Continuous Improvement

Manage overseeing the overall Data Quality activities within SIMAH and continuing the progress within the department.

Manage periodically the Subordinates relation processes and ensure the complete processes.
People Management
-
Ensures subordinates have clear objectives, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on the development of talented Saudi national staff.
Reporting
-
Manage in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of SIMAH to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
Safety, Quality & Environment

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor degree in IT, IS, MIS, Electronic Business, Data Analytics or any in other relevant discipline.
Minimum Experience:
-
8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
