Required Skills & Qualifications



4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.


Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.


Solid understanding of traditional ML algorithms (Regression, SVM, Random Forest, XGBoost, Clustering, etc.).


Experience with NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, transformers, BERT/GPT-based models, LLM fine-tuning).


Practical experience with GenAI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs).


Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy) and ML workflows.


Understanding of model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance tuning.


Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines).


Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently on complex projects.
