Senior Delivery Lead IT - Integration Platform

Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions across global enterprise platforms. This role demands deep expertise in integration architecture and hands-on experience with development and support using Dell Boomi. You will ensure seamless connectivity between systems such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and EDI, while managing API integrations across the enterprise.

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations using Boomi or similar platforms.
• Handle EDI X12 standards, REST/SOAP APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to build scalable, reusable integration solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, change management, and release protocols.
• Manage support activities including incident, problem, and service request handling (ITIL framework).
• Drive automation and continuous improvement within integration operations.
• Support migration initiatives (e.g., transitioning from webMethods to Boomi).
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for delivery assurance and capacity planning

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi.
• Strong understanding of integrations with SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and EDI standards.
• Experience with API Management platforms (Boomi API Gateway, Apigee, Azure API Management).
• Proven ability in Boomi optimization and capacity planning.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams across development and support.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with cloud-based integrations (AWS/Azure).
• Boomi Professional Developer or Architect certification preferred
