Senior Design Manager

• Residential / Commercial construction or interior industry experience is must.
• Onsite execution coordination through designs and detailed drawings related to Civil, architectural, Structural, interior, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Lift, Home theatre, Pool, Solar and its statutory knowledge is must.
• Developing and mentoring the studio with timelines and targets as per systems and procedures.
• Client management and conceptual development through AI 3D - presentations - animations (3Ds, Enscape, D5, Sketchup...etc).
