• Senior Designer: Up to ₹35,000
• Junior Designer: Up to ₹15,000

About the Role

We are hiring talented Designers (Senior & Junior levels) to join our creative team. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling designs for branding, digital marketing, social media, print materials, and website assets.

Senior Designers will take ownership of major design projects and guide junior designers, while Junior Designers will support the design team and grow their skills through hands-on creative work.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Creative Execution

• Create innovative and high-quality designs for digital and print media.
• Work on branding materials, marketing creatives, brochures, catalogues, website assets, and social media graphics.
• Assist in production of design materials while maintaining brand consistency.

2. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to execute design concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Take feedback constructively and revise designs according to stakeholder requirements.

3. Branding & Visual Identity

• Support the creation and maintenance of the company's visual identity across platforms.
• Ensure design consistency in alignment with brand guidelines.

4. Digital & Social Media Design

• Design engaging graphics for social media, web banners, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Prepare assets optimized for different digital formats.

5. Print Collateral Development

• Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, catalogues, and marketing handouts.
• Understand print production processes and prepare files for final print.

6. Project Management

• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver projects within deadlines.
• (Senior Role) Take ownership of end-to-end design deliverables.

7. Mentorship (For Senior Designer)

• Guide and support Junior Designers.
• Provide feedback, ensure quality control, and help them develop strong design standards.

8. Asset Management

• Organize and maintain design files and project assets for easy access and version control.

Required QualificationsEducational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Experience

• Senior Designer: 5–7 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Junior Designer: 2–3 years of experience OR fresh graduates with a strong portfolio.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory & layout.
• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts (preferred).
• Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design tools is an added advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print mediums is mandatory for both roles. Personal, academic, internship, and freelance projects are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
