Position: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 2-3 years minimum

Job Description:

Design and run digital strategies to attract international buyers and Indian exporters, including LinkedIn, content, SEO, email nurturing, and analytics. Work closely with Business Development to convert leads into projects.

Core responsibilities:

• Plan & execute social media outreach campaigns for target geographies and target buyer personas.
• Manage organic & paid campaigns (initially organic preferred), content calendar, and publish high-value B2B content (case studies, articles, buyer guides).
• Create lead magnets (e.g., short report on sourcing in India), landing pages, and run email nurturing sequences.
• Optimize the company website & career page for search (SEO) and lead capture.
• Manage CRM lead import & tagging; ensure handover to BD with lead context.
• Measure campaign performance, produce weekly lead dashboards, and iterate for ROI.
• Produce simple, professional visuals for proposals, LinkedIn posts, and short videos (30–90s) for trust-building.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related.
• 1–3 years B2B digital marketing experience (LinkedIn + content + lead gen).
• Strong writing skills & ability to craft technical B2B content for international audiences.
• Comfortable with tools: LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Mailer / Zoho Campaigns, Google Ads (basic), Canva or basic video tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
