Role Overview
The Senior Human Resources Director is responsible for partnering with senior leaders to deliver Human Resources solutions that drive business and an engaged culture. Create and lead the strategic human resources function to ensure the business will deliver on commitments to include talent development, implementing programs and solutions, providing high level consultation to management team on employment and labor laws, policy interpretation and application. Work closely with our dynamic leadership team to promote a workplace that ensures a positive employee experience, that has a robust talent pipeline, and embraces innovation.

  • Planning and development of the organizational structure to achieve business goals.
  • Define and promote the company's culture and values.

  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures and report all unsafe activities.
  • Comply with the MHI Code of Conduct and maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
  • Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of Human Resource leadership experience, building and leading HR teams and partnering with executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Organization Excellence and Operations to drive business success in the business unit.
  • Focus on total rewards to ensure compliance, equity, and retention of talent.
  • Lead the process for managing succession, workforce planning, and talent plan
  • Engage as a key member of the leadership team to focus on organizational success
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Ability to travel to Savannah, GA location and other MPWA facilities (up to 20%).
