Senior Ecommerce Manager – Etsy Specialist

Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Ecommerce Manager with strong experience in Etsy and general ecommerce operations. You will manage product listings, maintain accurate product data, improve listing quality, and support day-to-day marketplace tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update Etsy product listings.
• Create titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO-optimized content.
• Maintain product data across multiple Etsy stores.
• Handle bulk uploads and SKU management using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Check product information regularly and improve listing accuracy.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations regarding product graphics and the graphics team.

Content, SEO & Quality Control

• Create and review high-quality titles, descriptions, and keyword-optimized content.
• Identify new keywords, improve search visibility, and enhance product ranking.
• Ensure all product images, specifications, and details meet marketplace standards.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to maintain strong visual quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce or product listing.
• Etsy experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong experience on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or TikTok Shop will also be considered.
• Good understanding of ecommerce processes and online product catalogs.
• Understanding of international buying and selling behavior, along with relevant market standards.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be available to work Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM.

Nice to Have

• Basic Canva or graphic editing skills.
• Experience with product images for marketplaces.
• Basic understanding of social media branding.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
