Job Details
This position is part of the newly created Ethics Hub, which will support Ethical alerts from around the world. The position operates within a dynamic international community of Ethics & Compliance Officers (ECO) and Experts, coordinated by the Group Ethics Function. Each piece of work completed will be under the direct supervision of the Ethics and Compliance officer in the local country.
Key Responsibilities

Ethics Program
-
Completion of low priority investigations as agreed upon with the Local ECO (this includes creation of report, with meeting notes, evidences and relevant documentation required for legal purposes).

Assess & draft responses to alerts received via the professional SpeakUp whistleblowing platform. This preparation will be reviewed by the local ECO.

Reviewing auto acknowledged cases on Declare System to ensure compliance with conflict-of-interest policy and alert of any concerns to ECO

Assess & draft responses to questions received SpeakUp whistleblowing platform

Complete investigation paperwork and file closure on SpeakUp system

Complete awareness and understanding of the Group’s Ethics Program (Values, Human Rights, Conflicts of Interest, and broader business ethics)
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master’s degree preferred in Employment law or HR .

Language: Fluent in English and any of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese.

Experience: 4–6 years in ethics or employment law, with hands-on experience conducting investigations, handling whistleblower alerts, and managing business ethics and legal compliance issues. The candidate should demonstrate credibility, initiative, and a strategic vision.
