Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and HRIS.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Support performance management process
  • Manage employee engagement activities, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate training & development programs and maintain training records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Post Graduate in HR / MBA (HR)
  • Experience: 3–6 years in HR, preferably in [manufacturing / factory / similar industry].
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
