Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and HRIS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Support performance management process
- Manage employee engagement activities, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate training & development programs and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Post Graduate in HR / MBA (HR)
- Experience: 3–6 years in HR, preferably in [manufacturing / factory / similar industry].
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
