Role & responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the IR, Factories Act, Labor Laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. (MUST HAVE)
- Maintain all statutory records and coordinate with external auditors/inspectors.
- Manage contract labor compliances and vendor documentation.
- Ensure proper retention of records as per legal requirements.
- Manage end-to-end PF and ESI processes.
- Filing of monthly returns, challans, and UAN/KYC updates.
- Address employee queries regarding PF/ESI benefits.
- Verify labor licenses, registers, wage sheets, and monthly compliance reports from contractors.
- Keep updated records of licenses, renewals, and statutory permissions.
- Handle labor department inspections, factory compliance audits, and third-party audits.
- Support HR policies related to compliance, ethics, workplace norms, and employee welfare.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and legal guidelines at all locations/factories.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
