Senior Executive - Human Resources

· Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling telephonic/personal interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring manager.

· Feedback collection and further process initiation with the selected candidate and Salary negotiation with the candidate and telephonic reference check of the selected candidate.

· Offer processing - Complete document submission to Ops HR for offer release.

Ensuring offer acceptance is sent by the candidate and in case of candidate backout, ensuring the pipeline of shortlisted candidate is ready for immediate interview scheduling.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
