Senior Executive - Recruitment (People & Culture)

One of our esteemed clients, a leading specialist in the automotive sector, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Executive - Recruitment to join their dynamic team.

  • Lead and support Talent Acquisition Officers in creating effective mobilisation plans aligned with Business Units' workforce needs.
  • Oversee and monitor recruitment partners, ensuring alignment on JDs, salary ranges, and business expectations.
  • Conduct monthly 1:1 sessions with TA Officers, reviewing performance and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Review the end-to-end recruitment journey to identify bottlenecks and optimise process efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of recruitment systems, ensuring minimal manual processes and maximum automation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a master's degree is a strong advantage).
  • 5-7 years of experience in Recruitment within key industries such as Construction, Facilities Management, Power, or Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards and sourcing platforms.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
