The Role

Our FacilitiesManagement team is recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier facilitiesmanagement to a national retail landlord with centers across Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for a Shopping Centre in Willetton.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a portfolioof shopping centres, ensuring exceptional standards in buildingpresentation and service delivery.
• Provide expert technical advice on hardservices to centre management, clients, and tenants.
• Oversee procurement activities, ensuringcompliance with statutory, risk, and technical requirements.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasting, andexpenditure to optimise financial performance.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain riskmanagement procedures while identifying opportunities to improveoperational efficiency.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a FacilitiesManagement role within the property or building industry, with a proventrack record of success.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and writtencommunication skills.
• Experience leading and managing staffeffectively.
• High financial acumen, analytical thinking,computer literacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable experience managing HVAC systemsand building controls.
