Senior Fashion Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Fashion Designer to join our creative team. We are looking for someone who can design elegant, trend-forward clothing while understanding the preferences of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create unique and stylish outfits aligned with the Chempakam brand.

Utilize strong pattern-making and garment construction skills to convert design concepts into final pieces.

Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and style inspirations.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized design consultations.

Manage production processes, including coordination with tailors, masters, handworkers, and ensuring accurate sampling.

Experience Required

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong portfolio.

Mandatory experience working in a production unit.
(Retail/store-only experience will not be considered.)

Location

Eruveli, Chottanikkara, Ernakulam

Working Hours - 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM, Monday to Saturday

Important Note

During the interview session at our unit, candidates may be requested to complete a sample work assignment to demonstrate their skills. All necessary fabrics, accessories, and workers will be provided at the unit to support the task.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
