We are now seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to oversee all technology operations, including website development, integrations, SEO systems, and AI-driven enhancements.

This role acts as the Chief Technical Officer for the organization’s entire web and digital ecosystem.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, independent, and forward-thinking developer who can:

• Manage multiple websites
• Implement new features, automations, and integrations
• Oversee technical strategy
• Improve organic ranking and SEO authority
• Optimize platforms using AI-based tools and workflows
• Ensure high performance, security, scalability, and uptime

This is not a junior or basic web developer role.
We want someone who can lead, architect, improve, optimize, and innovate at the highest standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Maintenance

• Manage all company websites including updates, new pages, backend upgrades, and UI/UX improvements
• Ensure high website performance, security hardening, and fast load times
• Implement tracking tools, analytics dashboards, and conversion funnels
• Create custom modules, features, automations, and dashboards as needed

Technical Leadership & CTO-Level Duties

• Lead the full technical scope of company websites and digital systems
• Build and implement long-term technology roadmaps
• Identify new tools, AI solutions, and innovative approaches to enhance company operations
• Oversee hosting, backups, code versioning, servers, APIs, and security systems
• Provide strategic insight on tech scaling, digital automation, and integration possibilities

Integration & Automation Work

• Build and maintain integrations with:
• Payment processors
• Booking systems
• CRM platforms
• Lead intake systems
• Make.com / Zapier automations
• Google Workspace systems
• Facebook Lead Center, TikTok, Google Ads APIs
• Develop custom API connections to automate workflows
• Ensure data flow, syncing, and security across systems

SEO, Ranking & Digital Growth

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic ranking
• Optimize pages for search intent, on-page SEO, meta data, schema, speed, and accessibility
• Improve Domain Authority, backlinks, and organic trust signals
• Optimize content for Google Search, local SEO, and competitive keyword environments
• Monitor ranking performance and deliver regular analytics reports
• Work closely with leadership to build SEO-driven content, landing pages, and conversions

AI Implementation & Innovation

• Integrate AI-driven features into websites (chatbots, dynamic content, automation workflows)
• Optimize websites using AI-based SEO and ranking tools
• Help design AI systems to assist internal team workflows
• Develop automated content pipelines (blogs, SEO pages, forms, workflows, lead scoring, etc.)
• Research and deploy new AI-integrated solutions to improve efficiency

Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills (Front End)

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• React, Vue, Angular (any modern framework)
• Responsive design, UX/UI best practices

Technical Skills (Back End)

• PHP, Node.js, Python (at least one strongly)
• REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks
• Database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Server/hosting management (cPanel, cloud servers, DNS)

CMS Expertise

• WordPress (strong required)
• Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms (preferred)
• Elementor or other page builders

SEO Expertise

• Advanced on-page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Keyword strategy
• Backlink systems
• Google Search Console & Analytics
• Local SEO optimization
• Page speed & Core Web Vitals expertise

Automation & Integration Skills

• Make.com and/or Zapier
• API development & connection
• CRM customization
• Google Workspace automation
• Facebook Lead Ads integration
• Database syncing

AI Skills

• Implementing AI tools into websites
• Using AI for SEO automation
• Building AI-driven workflows or assistants
• Understanding of LLM-based optimization tools

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
