We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specialized in SAP Hana BW to join our team focused on advanced data modeling and analytics enablement.

You will work on leveraging SAP HANA technologies to build robust data solutions supporting complex reporting and integration needs. If you have strong SAP HANA expertise and a passion for optimizing data performance, apply to contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Leverage SAP HANA core technologies to develop robust data models supporting complex reporting and analysis
• Employ advanced modeling techniques including hierarchies, time-dependent models, currency conversion, and input-ready models
• Optimize HANA database performance by analyzing and adjusting SQL procedures, queries, views, and indexes
• Develop calculation views, attribute views, and analytic views within SAP HANA
• Build data integrations from multiple sources such as SAP BW, Salesforce, GA4, IoT, and Azure Blob using SAP Data Services, Alteryx, or Python
• Expose SAP HANA data to external platforms via OData, SFTP folders, and enable data write-back to Salesforce
• Develop and enable reporting solutions in SAP Analysis for Office and Power BI ensuring seamless integration with SAP HANA models
• Support Data Science initiatives by providing relevant data to data scientists

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in SAP HANA platform and SAP BW development
• Strong experience in SAP HANA modeling including calculation, attribute, and analytic views
• Proven ability to optimize database performance through SQL tuning and indexing
• Experience developing data integrations from varied sources using SAP Data Services, Alteryx, or Python
• Advanced knowledge of SAP HANA technologies such as calculation views, procedures, and table functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
