Who you Are Minimum 5 years of industry experience in margin FX sales, preferably with exposure to CFD's or similar leveraged products. Proven track record in acquiring and managing institutional clients, with additional experience in retail and high net worth client segments. Strong understanding of Forex and CFD markets, products, and trading platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
