We are looking for an experienced Virtual Service Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Virtual Service Sales Representatives (VSSRs). This role focuses on driving order and revenue targets by selling a broad range of technical services—maintenance, spare parts, training, testing—related to electrical equipment installed at customer sites.


Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead, organize, and coach a team of VSSRs to achieve sales targets

✅ Drive prospecting strategies, monitor calls, and provide coaching for improvement

✅ Ensure accurate usage of bFO (Salesforce) and leverage Schneider Electric digital tools

✅ Define clear sales quotas and deliver accurate forecasting

✅ Achieve on-time contract renewals and capture assets coming out of warranty

✅ Remove roadblocks and provide resources to enable team success

✅ Collaborate with Outside Service Sales Managers and BU Account Managers for cross-selling opportunities

✅ Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and hit rates; identify improvement areas and implement solutions

✅ Deploy global Virtual Sales Playbook and new sales initiatives

✅ Create a motivating team culture based on empowerment, collaboration, and achievement

✔ Attract, recruit, and develop a high-performing virtual sales team

✔ Prepare future leadership pipeline and nurture diverse talent

✔ Drive skill development in technical knowledge, communication, and virtual selling

✔ Ensure career plans and continuous development for each team member

  • Qualifications

    🎓 Minimum 15 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in technical sales

    📈 Strong understanding of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing

    💡 Proven experience in team leadership and virtual selling strategies
