SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

UCC AŞ is a global organization operating across the US, Europe, and Asia, specializing in the design, creation, and production of consumer electronics for world-renowned brands.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly experienced and exceptionally creative Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in brand, packaging, and product-focused design.

This role requires a designer who combines creativity with precision, understands global brand standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multiple international projects run simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Create and execute high-quality packaging designs, user manuals, product labeling, and all production-related graphic materials for the global brands we manufacture.

Develop visual assets that align with each brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across packaging, on-product graphics, logos, icons, and instruction materials.

Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to produce presentations, catalogs, digital assets, and all necessary marketing materials.

Prepare press-ready files, dielines, and print specifications for production facilities across multiple countries.

Adapt global brand guidelines to consumer electronics product lines while maintaining design integrity and market relevance.

Review and revise vendor-supplied materials, ensuring accuracy, color correctness, and adherence to brand standards.

Support the creative process behind new product launches, seasonal collections, and market-specific packaging updates.

Coordinate with factories, print houses, and international teams to ensure flawless execution of all design materials.

Manage versioning, file organization, asset libraries, and documentation with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within consumer electronics, packaging, or product design.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of packaging structures, print processes, color management, and production workflows.

Experience designing for multiple markets and working with global brand guidelines.

Exceptional creativity with the ability to produce clean, modern, and market-ready designs.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work seamlessly with international teams.

Ability to take initiative and independently manage the full design cycle from concept to production files.
