Job Description
- Developing Concepts, designs, develops, and executes multimedia marketing and image campaigns to effectively create, extend, and communications, improve public awareness and promote programs both internally and externally.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Create creative designs for Print, Brochure, Logo, social media, Event or any design related work for the company.
- Video editing & Motion Graphics
- Conceptualizes, designs, and executes print & related advertising and marketing collateral campaigns in appropriate formats and media from idea to completion for effective promotion of corporate image and programmatic initiatives
- Conceptualizes, strategizes, and develops corporate branding, rollout, and defines standards and specifications for agency wide usage
- Collaborates with team to develop creative strategy, designs, and execute layouts to extend branding and programmatic marketing to an interactive audience.
- Serves as a mentor to junior creative team members to ensure effective and seamless migration of brand to all internal and external audiences.
- Directs photographers, photo shoots, and other specialized vendors, and meets with clients to understand and make recommendations on project parameters, goals, and tactics.

Pay: ₹15,776.34 - ₹52,333.95 per month
