Senior Graphic Designer

Tajalla, a leading creative agency based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content that resonates with our diverse clientele and supports their branding and marketing goals.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take the lead on various projects, from conception to execution, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Your innovative design solutions will play a crucial role in elevating our clients' brands and enhancing their visibility in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with extensive experience in graphic design, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for creativity. You should be comfortable working under pressure and possess the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine design concepts for a wide range of projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital graphics, and more.
• Collaborate with team to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that align with their brand identity.
• Present and articulate design ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback into the creative process.
• Generate high-quality visuals that effectively communicate messages to target audiences.
• Lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies to continually enhance your skills and the agency's offerings.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and maintain consistency across all designs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases a range of styles and projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading design projects, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency setting is a plus.
