Hiring Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. The designer will be responsible for developing product graphics, branding assets, and marketing designs that align with company standards and enhance visual communication across technical and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

o Design product labels, battery enclosure graphics, and rack/module/container markings.

o Prepare artwork for UV printing, laser marking, and CNC cutting.

o Ensure consistent application of company branding guidelines across all visual assets.

o Develop logos, icons, and templates that reflect corporate identity.

o Maintain organized design files with proper version control.

o Create engaging marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

o Develop motion graphics and animations using After Effects for internal/external use.

o Collaborate with supervisors and department heads to refine and approve designs.

o Follow ISO 9001 and company style guide standards.

o Support operators during first-print trials to verify accuracy and clarity.

o Archive approved files in document-controlled systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in product graphics, branding, and marketing design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, visually appealing designs.
• Familiarity with document control and ISO standards.
