Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can understand our brand identity, create consistent and compelling visuals, and support our marketing team across all creative channels.
This role is ideal for a designer experienced in e-commerce, Shopify, email marketing, branding, and product packaging.

Crystal Quest® is a leading manufacturer of residential, commercial, and industrial water filtration systems with 30+ years in business. We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a full-time graphic designer who can elevate brand visuals across digital, print, and packaging.
Responsibilities
Branding & Visual Identity
- Maintain and strengthen Crystal Quest’s brand aesthetics across all creative assets
- Create brand-consistent graphics that reflect our premium position and product quality
Marketing & Digital Creative
- Design homepage banners, promotional graphics, and hero sections for Shopify
- Create high-quality ads, infographics, social media creatives, and content visuals
- Develop email graphics/layouts for marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
Product Packaging & Print
- Design product packaging boxes, labels, inserts, and instruction manuals
- Prepare production-ready print files (die-lines, bleed, CMYK, etc.)
Content Support
- Work closely with marketing to develop visuals for blog posts, landing pages, and new product launches
- Collaborate with videographers/photographers as needed to ensure cohesive visuals
General
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Deliver high-quality and consistent brand graphics
- Understand and adapt to our audience across residential, commercial, and industrial markets
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-aligned design, web graphics, and packaging
- Experience designing for e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
- Experience designing for email platforms (Klaviyo, MailChimp or similar)
- Strong typography, layout, composition, and brand design skills
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and also improve them
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to turn ideas into refined visuals
- Ability to work fast and produce clean, modern, premium-quality designs
Preferred:
- Experience with packaging die-lines and print production
- Experience with B2C product brands
- Familiarity with UX design principles for banners and CTAs
- Understanding of conversion-focused design for landing pages
- Ability to create social media assets or light animations (bonus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
