Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer (UI/UX & Motion Graphics)

Design Strategy & Execution:

• Create innovative and visually engaging design concepts, layouts, and branding materials that align with the company’s objectives.
• Lead the development of marketing materials such as social media posts, digital ads, brochures, banners, presentations, and website visuals.
• Work on UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring user-centric layouts and seamless experiences.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.

Creative Leadership:

• Provide direction and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring their work aligns with the brand’s identity and vision.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Review, refine, and ensure all designs meet creative, functional, and strategic objectives.

UI/UX Design & Motion Graphics Expertise:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to improve the usability and aesthetics of digital products.
• Create engaging animations, motion graphics, and video content to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Tools & Technology:

• Utilize advanced design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to produce modern, high-impact designs.

Collaboration & Workflow:

• Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to align design projects with business goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of design tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, including motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including web and mobile application designs, animations, and video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation tools.
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in 2D/3D animation and motion design.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
