Senior Graphic Designer /Video Editor

Futureace Healthcare Academy is looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who can create modern, impactful, and visually compelling designs for our Healthcare Education and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs.

You will work closely with the Creative Head, Marketing, Academic Teams to design high-quality visuals that strengthen our brand identity and support institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

• Create high-quality graphics for academic programs, digital health modules, AI content, social media, presentations, and institutional branding.
• Develop visual identity systems, templates, and brand guidelines across departments.
• Design infographics, academic illustrations, icons, posters, brochures, event creatives, and AI concept visuals.

Campaign & Marketing Media

• Design creatives for marketing campaigns, student engagement, events, and promotional activities.
• Support the creation of digital ads, banners, landing page graphics, newsletters, and motion-ready content.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work with the AI & Data team to create visuals for AI concepts, data illustrations, and digital health storytelling.
• Collaborate with Academic, Sereniche, TIP, Sales, and Creative Media teams to deliver department-specific design needs.

Multimedia & Design Quality

• Ensure all designs follow institutional brand guidelines.
• Prepare designs for print, digital platforms, and presentations.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and maintain premium design quality.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a graphic design role (senior/lead level preferred).
• Strong portfolio showing creative, modern, and professional design work.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Figma / Canva
• Optional: After Effects / Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, color theory, and digital media.
• Ability to convert AI/healthcare concepts into simple, clear visuals.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
