We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Senior Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. This role calls for an individual with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and branding; capable of handling both hands-on execution and creative leadership. You will work across digital, print, motion, and UI/UX design, managing projects end-to-end while also mentoring junior designers and upholding the visual identity across campaigns.
Requirements:
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver a wide range of creative materials, including brochures, emailers, social media assets, OOH signage, branding collateral, and more.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling visual content aligned with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Dreamweaver.
- Maintain a strong understanding of typography, layout, branding systems, and responsive design across digital and print channels.
- Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Conduct quality assurance, including proofreading and reviewing artwork before final execution.
- Take full ownership of projects from initial brief to final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Translate complex ideas into engaging and visually coherent creative assets that drive communication goals.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the creative output.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, branding, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous real estate experience is preferable.
