*Job Summary*

Beauty Garage Ltd is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented *Senior Graphic Designer* with strong expertise in *CorelDRAW*, proven experience in *packaging design & bottle designing*, and the capability to *lead a creative team*. The candidate will be responsible for developing premium packaging concepts, marketing creatives, and brand-centric visuals that align with Beauty Garage's identity.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Design & Creativity*

Conceptualize and design *premium packaging* for beauty and salon products, including *bottles, boxes, labels, and product kits*.

Produce high-quality visuals, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives using CorelDRAW (mandatory skill).

Develop and maintain a strong, consistent *brand identity* across all Beauty Garage products.

Innovate and propose new design ideas based on beauty industry trends.

*Team Leadership*

Lead, guide, and inspire the in-house creative team.

Assign design tasks, review creative output, and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Foster a collaborative, creative, and productive work environment.

*Project Coordination*

Oversee multiple design projects from concept to final execution.

Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure accurate packaging and promotional materials.

Liaise with vendors and printing partners to ensure high-quality production and timely deliveries.

*Quality Assurance*

Review and prepare print-ready files, dielines, 3D mockups, and artwork.

Ensure packaging accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Conduct final checks on proofs before mass production.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Expert proficiency in CorelDRAW (compulsory).

Proven experience in *bottle designing*, packaging design, and brand development.

Working knowledge of *various design software* such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing *beauty, cosmetic, or FMCG packaging design* (preferred).

5+ years of professional graphic design experience; minimum 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, finishings, and pre-press requirements.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and team management abilities.
