Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Senior Guest Operations Specialist. The Specialist will oversee daily guest operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for all property residents and visitors. Responsibilities include managing communication with guests, coordinating property services, handling inquiries or complaints, and executing operational projects. The role also involves developing and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and uphold Masaleh Properties' high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Sales skills, with an ability to engage effectively with guests and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring smooth execution
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data, solve problems, and improve guest service operations
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in operations or guest services will be an advantage
