Job Summary:
Play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support, guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the achievement of Zahid business excellence.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Support Services:

Handle complex employee inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations in HR practices and processes.

Workforce management in accordance of assessing in support of the organizational charts practice & recommendation for the best practice that aligned with the group.
Employee Data Management and Reporting:

Oversee and maintain accurate employee data in HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Generate HR reports/dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and HR metrics tracking.

Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
HR Policy and Procedure:

Ensure HR practices align with industry best practices and legal requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate policy changes and ensure compliance.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:

Provide guidance and support in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct, maintaining objectivity and confidentiality.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee relations and promote a positive work culture.
HR Initiatives:

Contribute to HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, or diversity and inclusion programs.

Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experiences & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.

Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or CIPD Level 5.

Understanding of HR policies, procedures, best practices and knowledge of local, and national labor laws.

Knowledge of employee relations principles, conflict management techniques, and grievance handling procedures.

Proficiency in using an HRIS such as, SAP Success Factors.

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
-
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
