Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our retail/textile division, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment for store and backend roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and HRMS updates
• Monitor attendance, leave, and support payroll inputs
• Maintain employee relations and resolve grievances
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops Act)
• Support performance management and training coordination
• Prepare HR MIS reports and handle exit formalities

Requirements:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in HR
• 3–5 years of HR experience in retail or textile (preferred)
• Strong communication, HR operations knowledge, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
