Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Lower Parel
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry: Logistics, Freight forwarding, Shipping, ETC

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter & HR Executive who will manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an active database of candidates.
  • Handle onboarding formalities and documentation.

Payroll Management

  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll for employees.
  • Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and other payroll inputs.
  • Ensure accurate salary processing and timely disbursement.
  • Manage employee reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.
  • Handle full & final settlements.

Statutory Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and file PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other compliance reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with consultants/auditors for compliance-related activities.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS/attendance systems, and personnel files.
  • Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving).
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Support HR audits and policy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, payroll & compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
