Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter & HR Executive who will manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Manage job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain an active database of candidates.
- Handle onboarding formalities and documentation.
Payroll Management
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll for employees.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate salary processing and timely disbursement.
- Manage employee reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle full & final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
- Maintain compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other compliance reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of statutory returns.
- Coordinate with consultants/auditors for compliance-related activities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HRMS/attendance systems, and personnel files.
- Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving).
- Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Support HR audits and policy implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, payroll & compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
