Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources functions of our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, and performance management systems, along with the ability to handle end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy.
• Implement and monitor KPI and KRI systems for performance evaluation.
• Handle ESI, PF, and all other statutory compliance activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and reports.
• Resolve employee queries and support management in HR decision-making.
• Ensure smooth HR operations and support organizational growth.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of payroll management
• Expertise in KPI/KRI implementation
• Hands-on experience in ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and team management abilities
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
