Senior HR & Office Administration Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR & Office Administration Manager to handle HR operations, maintain smooth office functioning, and coordinate closely with project teams for scheduling and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operations: recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, procurement, and asset records.
- Stay in continuous touch with the Project Manager to ensure cross-departmental alignment with project milestones through timely reminders, follow-ups, and escalations when needed.
- Keep track of preparation and circulation of meeting decks, agendas, MoMs, and project reports.
- Maintain a centralised schedule of all upcoming project meetings, client visits, and delivery timelines.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for employees attending project meetings or external client visits.
- Maintain a log of travel expenses and ensure timely reimbursements and required approvals.
- Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external vendors.
- Handle documentation, correspondence, and office communication in a structured and timely manner.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in HR & Administration roles.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules with minimal supervision.
