The End-to-End Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions within a botanical extract manufacturing facility. This role supports hiring needs across production, quality, R&D, engineering, supply chain, and administrative departments. The Recruiter ensures timely hiring, strong candidate experience, and compliance with industry standards such as GMP and ISO.

6 days working from Hosur. Factory

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Handle the complete recruitment process: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Create and post job descriptions for roles such as extraction operators, production supervisors, QC analysts, ETP, Environment Management Specialist, microbiologists, phytochemists, maintenance engineers, EHS officers, logistics staff, and office support roles.
  • Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate technical interviews, and evaluate candidates using competency-based methods.

2. Talent Sourcing

  • Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, industry groups, referrals, and regional networks.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in extraction, quality, and R&D.
  • Engage with niche candidates with expertise in botanical extraction, herbal science, CO₂/ethanol extraction, GMP manufacturing, etc.

3. Coordination with Hiring Managers

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and manpower plans.
  • Provide hiring insights such as market availability, salary benchmarking, and sourcing strategies.
  • Guide managers on interview best practices and candidate evaluation.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure recruitment processes align with GMP, ISO, and company SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/HR management systems.
  • Prepare reports on hiring status, turnaround time (TAT), and sourcing effectiveness.

5. Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Support pre-joining formalities including document collection, background verification, and offer acceptance follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in botanical extracts, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles in extraction, production, quality control, and lab operations.
  • Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with advance Excel, and recruitment analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
