Move My Stuff is a leading Australian removalist and logistics company with over 17 years of operational excellence. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a high-performing Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring, contractor onboarding, compliance processes, and driver management. This role requires someone who is confident, proactive, and able to take ownership of the recruitment function.

About the Role

The Senior HR Recruiter will play a key role in building and strengthening our operational workforce. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates, especially drivers, contractors, and operational staff, while ensuring adherence to company processes, legal compliance, and onboarding standards.

This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a dominant yet professional personality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for drivers, contractors, and internal roles
• Creating job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Managing bulk hiring and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
• Handling driver onboarding, documentation, forms, agreements, and compliance checks
• Ensuring all forms and documents are systematically recorded and uploaded into the system
• Coordinating with the operations team to understand workforce requirements
• Establishing strong professional relationships with contractors and driver partners
• Understanding legal requirements related to contractor onboarding & compliance
• Regularly maintaining and updating hiring dashboards
• Representing the company with professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

• Male candidate only (role involves driver handling & operational coordination)
• 5–8 years of HR recruitment experience (preferably in volume hiring / logistics / operations roles)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong personality with confidence, dominance, and leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
• Strong understanding of compliance and documentation processes
• Ability to work independently during early morning Australian shift (4 AM–1 PM IST)
• Experience handling contractor relationships is an added advantage
