Senior HR + Recruiter (Remote)

We need someone who can handle real recruiting volume and keep HR operations tight. If you’ve only done HR admin or slow hiring cycles, this won’t be the right fit. If you enjoy speed, ownership, and getting things done, you’ll like this role.

What you’ll handle

• Full recruiting cycle
• Sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Screening 200 to 400 applicants a week
• Filling 3 to 5 roles a month
• Onboarding, contracts, HR records, PTO, and culture tasks

You should already have

• Three to five years of HR + Recruiter hybrid experience
• Experience in fast environments like BPO, agency, or remote teams
• Strong English writing and communication
• Experience with ATS systems and structured funnels
• Ability to work independently and hit timelines

Not a match if

• You only did HR admin
• You never managed full cycle recruiting
• You rely only on job boards
• You want a slow, gentle workload

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
