Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior HR Specialist / Senior HR Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and performance processes while supporting leadership in strengthening the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles.
- Drive a smooth onboarding experience — documentation, induction, and assimilation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave reports.
- Prepare HR letters such as offers, confirmations, revisions, and experience letters.
- Ensure accurate payroll coordination by sharing monthly HR inputs with Finance.
- Execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and team bonding.
- Conduct employee check-ins, pulse surveys, and basic grievance handling.
- Manage performance review cycles and ensure documentation of KRAs, evaluations, and PIPs.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate training programs and track participation and effectiveness.
- Handle offboarding processes including exit interviews and full & final coordination.
- Provide support to leadership in HR planning, process enhancements, and culture-building.
- Stay updated with IT HR trends, HR tech tools, and best practices in employee experience for tech teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations role in an IT company.
- Strong knowledge of IT hiring, tech roles, and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience in HRMS, attendance management, and payroll coordination.
- Good understanding of labour laws, compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong multitasking, organisation, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR tools.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
