We seek a strategic yet hands-on leader to oversee HR operations and support top management’s vision.


🔹Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key contact and main support to the HR Director and ensure smooth communication with all departments.

• Supervise and direct the HR Manager and oversee all HR operations and compliance.

• Handle white-collar recruitment and management-level hiring.

• Support the Drivers Affairs Department in workforce management and retention.

• Align all HR activities with company objectives and top management direction.

• Review and enhance ISO-related HR policies and procedures.

• Drive employee engagement, culture development, and retention initiatives.

• Facilitate the HR Director’s mission by ensuring all needed resources and tools are in place.


🔹Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (Master’s preferred).

• 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.

• Strong background in HR operations, recruitment, and labor law.

• Experience managing white- and blue-collar staff.

• Familiarity with ISO standards and HR compliance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
