Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking immigration advice and services. Provide professional consultation for immigration programs such as Canada, Australia, the UK, USA, Schengen countries, and Europe. Guide clients through the complete immigration process, including eligibility assessment, documentation, and application submission. Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly to ensure smooth progress of each case. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and conversion. Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures for different countries. Coordinate with the processing team to ensure timely and accurate application handling. Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
